This policy explains what information Orcestra Payment Services ("Orcestra", "we", "us") collects through our online application system, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies to anyone who registers for or submits an application through our website.
When you register and apply, we collect the personal details you provide (such as your name, contact information, and date of birth), employment and income information, and the documents you upload to support your application, such as a payslip or valid ID. We also collect limited technical information, like login timestamps, needed to keep your account secure.
We use the information you provide to verify your identity, assess your application, communicate with you about its status, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Access to your application requires a one-time code sent to your registered email, checked at both login and again before sensitive steps. Internally, your information is visible only to the small team directly involved in reviewing your application, and is held on systems restricted to that purpose.
We do not share your information with outside parties except where necessary to process your application, where required by law or regulation, or with your explicit consent. We never authorize third-party agents to collect applications on our behalf. This is only ever done through our official website.
We retain application information for as long as needed to assess your application and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us at hello@orcestra.com. We will respond directly, using the email address on file for your application.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
